What should I bring to prepare my taxes?

1. Social Security Card or ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) for each family member.
2. Birth dates for you, your spouse and dependents
3. W-2 Forms for all jobs worked in 2009
4. All 1099 Forms for other income
5. All 1098 Forms for educational expenses
6. Childcare provider information: Name, Address, and Tax ID number (if available)
7. Picture ID (e.g. Drivers License, Matricula Consular)
8. Bank Routing Numbers and Account Numbers for Direct Deposit
9. To file taxes electronically on a married filing joint tax return, both spouses must be present to sign required forms.
10. A copy of last year’s Federal and State returns (if available)
