Nutrition, Health & Wellness Programs

We believe in the power of Community Action:  Helping People. Changing Lives.  At our core, we work to help families and communities understand how healthy eating and active living is within their reach and also empower them to utilize their voice to create change. Our team implements nutrition education, physical activity promotion, policy, systems, and environmental change, advocacy, community building and sustainability efforts, and training, with the ultimate goal of creating a healthier Orange County.
