Program Assistant
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (EES) DEPT.

Position Summary

Under general supervision of the Field Superintendent- WX, the Program Assistant will assist with the daily operation and administration of Energy and Environmental Services Department programs and activities.  Program Assistant will support and coordinate Weatherization field work.  Responsible of scheduling Assessors/Inspectors and job tracking for Region 3 of the Low Income Weatherization Program (LIWP).  Required: 5 years or more directly related experience with High School diploma. Preferred:  BA/BS degree with 1 year or more equivalent work experience, or AA/2 years of college work and or more years equivalent work experience. A test will be given to determine data entry and computer literacy.  Must pass all tests to be considered for interview. Please note this position is limited term until May 18, 2018. Data Entry Technician
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (EES) DEPT.

Position Summary

Under supervision, reviews weatherization production sheet information; bills completed measures and is responsible for data entry in Hancock and Web based databases via computer for the Low Income Weatherization Program (LIWP) Region 3.  Maintains invoices and files. Creates work orders for Subcontractors.  Prepares weekly draft reports to track progress of production and billing.  Completes a variety of program and/or administrative support functions for the Energy & Environmental Services Department. Required:  High school diploma or equivalent and one year experience with data entry in accounting, construction, weatherization or a related field. College level math or accounting coursework is highly desirable .A test will be given to determine data entry and computer literacy.  Must pass all tests to be considered for interview.
